NPC: Garosh the miner
Long Desc: A dwarf is here chipping away at some rock with a mining pick.

Garosh comes from a noble family of dwarves and like most dwarves he has
taken to mining.  He has a rich and thick red beard but it is usually
covered in soot and dirt.  He is quite a stocky, mean looking little fellow
but quite reasonably helpful to others if they help him.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'7" tall.
