NPC: A devious ranger
Long Desc: A huge minotaur watches over the passing people, making sure no thieves sneak in.

This huge minotaur is one of the most feared Rangers in all of Alyria.
Although belonging to no towne, he travels everywhere looking for jobs.
Recently hired by the towne of New Rigel to look over the suburbs and
protect them from any orc thieves, he almost never sleeps.  Most famous for
his abilities at using the bow and tracking, it's impossible for people to
escape him.  His clothes are made of a midnight blue material and cover
almost his entire body.  A long flowing cape hangs around his neck, reaching
the ground.  He wears two leather boots, strapped together tightly with
pieces of cord.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'10" tall.
