NPC: An ice elemental
Long Desc: A large elemental creature made of ice stalks the frozen passageways.

This large humanoid shaped creature stalks the passageway, looking for
any non-frozen life to destroy.  The creatures form seems similar to that of
a water elemental, although its form is stable, and doesnt seem to shift and
move like water elementals.  Also unlike water elementals, its edges are not
smooth, but rough, as if he creature had to force its way though or out of a
large chunk of ice.  Perhaps it is a water elemental that was in the water
when it froze, freezing the elemental with it.  In any case, it seems intent
on destroying what life it can find that does not belong in this frozen
hell, and perhaps it is best that it not recognize your presence.
It is a elemental approximately 6'11" tall.
