NPC: The encampment guard
Long Desc: The encampment guard is here, watching over the slaves.

This hobgoblin thane has been assigned to guard the camp.  He appears much
like the rest of the other guards do: Thick fur over leather armor, shaved
head, and the ugly scowl.  He is morbidly obese, with thick rolls of fat
hanging over his leather belt.  His skin is thick and leathery, a yellow-
green color with multiple scars crisscrossing his body.
He is a hobgoblin approximately 5'7" tall.
