NPC: A goblin thrall
Long Desc: An enslaved goblin is here, waiting for his shift.

This is one of the many goblin slaves that the baron has captured and forced
into slavery.  The slave goblins are forced to wear an iron collar around
their necks and stitched leather clothing over their skinny bodies.  This
skittish creature has several visible whip scars across its upper back.  The
goblins wander about the encampment searching for chores, generally
scurrying away from anybody who ventures close to them.
He is a goblin approximately 3'5" tall.
