NPC: A lazy thane
Long Desc: A hobgoblin thane sleeps here, attempting to remain hidden from view.

This guard is resting against the outcropping.  His skin is heavily tanned
to a deep brown from many hours basking in the sun.  Snoring quietly, he
seems to have found an ideal place to kick back without being spotted.  He
snorts occasionally, and scratches at his belly with his dirty nails from
time to time.
He is a hobgoblin approximately 5'6" tall.
