NPC: An ugly serving wench
Long Desc: A hobgoblin serving wench is here, handing out drinks.

This waitress is a young hobgoblin.  She wears a dress made of patchwork
woolen pieces and well-worn leather boots.  She seems quite happy with her
work, humming as she goes from table to table serving customers and taking
orders.  She's quite ugly, but then again, she is a hobgoblin.  Her skin is
a dusky red color, and isn't what one would call 'clean'.
She is a hobgoblin approximately 5'6" tall.
