NPC: A fat hobgoblin merchant
Long Desc: A heavy-set hobgoblin merchant is here, handling all the business for the castle.

This hobgoblin speaks in a loud, gruff voice as he works, trading his goods
with the merchants that have come to do business with him.  He is rather
large, and dressed in fur to stave off the cold.  He carries a wooden
clipboard with a ledger attached to it, where he keeps track of his
merchandise.  He seems to be quite capable at what he does - turning a
profit and putting coinage into his coffers.
He is a hobgoblin approximately 5'6" tall.
