NPC: A hobgoblin slaver
Long Desc: A burly female hobgoblin is here with whip in hand, making sure the slaves work.

These female thanes are the slavers of Muldar Lohk Mulvar.  They work the
slaves in the mines ruthlessly, making sure none of them slack off.
Occasionally after an accident or similar incident, they travel to Beltane
where they round up more goblins that they force into slavery, doing the
bidding of their Baron.
She is a hobgoblin approximately 5'5" tall.
