NPC: An enslaved goblin miner
Long Desc: A goblin thrall is here, forced to mine continuously.

The goblin thralls are put to work here in the mines.  They toil away in
long shifts, moving ore and gems out of the mountain.  Their tools are worn
and on the verge of breaking, yet they continue on mining, fearful of abuse
at the hand's of the Baron's slavers.
He is a goblin approximately 3'5" tall.
