NPC: A goblin slave miner
Long Desc: A goblin slave is here, clearing the cave-in.

This goblin works hard at clearing away rubble.  Wearing the same collar as
the other goblins, it is clear that he is one of the many slaves here.  He
doesn't seem to be getting very far in his work, as two more rocks tend to
fall down for each one he removes.  He works constantly though, keeping an
eye out for one of the Baron's slavers.
He is a goblin approximately 3'5" tall.
