NPC: Brandlebro
Long Desc: Brandlebro the oil tanner is here, banging some fatty substance into a skin.

This old minotaur looks terribly intimidating.  He wears a large maroon
mask on his face, apparently to protect him from fumes.  His forearms are
unnecessarily ginormous, and his biceps are even more muscular.  His lips
are cracked and brown with some sort of ash, as though he has been eating
something corrosive.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'11" tall.
