NPC: A gruff billy goat
Long Desc: A gruff billy goat wanders around, looking for trolls to trample to death.

Trolls and evildoers beware, for the billy goats tolerate neither.  Tempers
fray after decades in hibernation, and while the goats are traditionally
responsible for keeping bringers of misery and sadness in check, this one
looks ready for outright murder.  Angry eyes blaze with unnatural, holy
fire, seeing a world tainted by trolls, cruel PKers and more.  A world that
must be cleaned of evil, and that is why the band of billy goats exists.  
It is a pack animal approximately 5'5" tall.
