NPC: A sailor on leave
Long Desc: A sailor on leave from one of the ships in port is looking for a place to spend money.

This sailor, obviously not a local, is probably on leave from one of the
ships in the port.  Barefoot and wearing rough spun clothes, he wanders the
town, looking for a place to spend his money.  It seems likely that his
first and only concern is a mug of ale, as he doesn't appear at all
interested in the unusual construction of the village.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
