Long Desc: A foreign merchant is here, ready to purchase goods from the merfolk.

This merchant has come to Naulitas seeking rarities from under the sea at
the local mermish trading post.  Many such foreigners come to the village,
eagerly anticipating the hefty profits that can be made by selling undersea
treasure back at their home ports.  This trader, wearing simple linen
clothing that shows the wear and tear of a long ocean voyage, takes long
strides toward the large trading post at the center of town.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
