NPC: A mermish tradesman
Long Desc: A merman sitting in a bizarre, three-wheeled contraption with a tank of water for his tail trundles about here.

Probably the most exotic sight Naulitas has to offer, this middle-aged
merman and his tricycle are like nothing you've seen before.  Apparently
charged with the task of overseeing the warehouse and negotiating deals with
visiting surfacers, he is the highest ranking of the mermen who are resident
in the village; his superiors dwell below the surface.  He has long, greying
auburn hair and has numerous piercings on his ears, lips and nipples.  His
green-scaled tail has a healthy shimmer to it, and rests in a long, clear
tank of water attached to the front of his vehicle.  Owing to his lack of
feet, the vehicle is powered by pedals which are operated by hand.
He is a merman approximately 5'5" tall.
