Long Desc: A self-important waiter looks down his nose at you.

This waiter appears quite taken with himself.  Well dressed, with dark
hair and a pointed, waxed moustache, he stares pointedly at everyone who
enters the restaurant.  The power to decide who gets to sit where and when
has clearly gone to his head.  No one is immune to his air of smugness, and
he obviously believes himself to be master of his dining room domain.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
