NPC: The village drunk
Long Desc: A disgustingly dirty troglodyte lies in a puddle of his own filth on the floor, drunk.

He is sitting here, half awake in a dreamlike haze, slumped in his own
puke and filth.  His face is dirty and his clothes are tattered and filthy
as if they have been through a hurricane.  He stares off into nothingness, a
glazed discontent expression on his face, unaware of any people who pass by.
He is a troglodyte approximately 6'11" tall.
