NPC: A happy white fish
Long Desc: A happy little fish darts in and out of view.

The light off the walls reflects on the pure white scales of this happy
little fish as it darts across the clear pool.  Its body is long and narrow
but not longer than about an inch.  Little ripples appear in the cool water
as it swims about rapidly, only pausing to rest occasionally.  It is a
schooling fish and follows close by any other fish which happen to be in the
area.
It is a fish approximately 1'5" tall.
