NPC: A friendly assassin
Long Desc: A short halfing clad entirely in black jokes with friends by the fire.

Something is rather unusual about this halfling.  At first, she appears
to be an assassin, clad entirely in black with the various tools of her
trade all about her person.  After a minute of observation, however, she
seems to be everything but what she undoubtedly is.  A warm smile and a
jovial attitude are quite unusual for those who make a profession out of
killing.  Still, her skills are probably unmatched if she is a personal
guest of the Bandit King.
She is a halfling approximately 4'1" tall.
