Long Desc: The Bandit King is here, sitting on his throne.

The Bandit King is an intriguing man.  Dashing bravado, a ruthless
cunning, and a small following, coupled with a claim to a royal bloodline,
have made him a powerful figure in the seedy underworld of thieves and
mercenaries.  He is in excellent shape from his years on the streets and in
the arena.  It is rumored that he still holds grudge matches here in the
guildhall, but few are willing to fight him.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
