NPC: A scrawny lookout
Long Desc: A young boy is here atop the tower, scanning the horizon.

One of the younger members of the Bandit King's guard, this boy has been
tasked with the rather important job of watching the surrounding area for
anything that might pose a threat to the camp.  Undoubtedly this young lad
will grow up into a fine warrior someday, with the father-like guidance of
the other guards.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
