NPC: A woman
Long Desc: A middle aged woman is preparing to serve a meal here.

Probably the spouse of someone involved in the underworld, this woman
doesn't have the look of a thief or assassin.  She seems rather pleasant,
smiling politely at you.  She seems to be currently occupied, setting up for
a meal.  Her clothes are plain, but when she reaches forward with her right
arm, a strange tattoo is visible on her wrist.  It would seem that looks can
be decieving, for that mark is the brand given by the Templeton guard to any
thief they catch.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
