NPC: A curious baby
Long Desc: A little baby with an abundance of energy is crawling towards you.

This child is so young, it is hard to tell if it is a boy or a girl.  It
seems rather interested in you, slowly crawling across the floor to pull on
your leg.  Quite an unusual amount of curiousity for a child so young.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
