NPC: A cruel looking goblin
Long Desc: A cruel looking goblin cackles wildly at the sight of you.

A reasonable sized goblin is here with a downright nasty gleam in his
eyes.  Whilst goblins are the least beautiful of creatures, this one is
particularly surly and ugly.  His sour face crumples into a grimace of hate
as he catches you eying him.  This is definately a person you'd like to
avoid.
She is a goblin approximately 3'6" tall.
