NPC: A goblin thief
Long Desc: A goblin thief lurks in the shadows.

Stealthly, this goblin creeps towards you.  You grip your purse tightly
knowing what its intentions are.  It has a gleam of wrongdoing in its eyes
as it sizes you up.  It wears a tunic of sack cloth, and wriggles greedy
little fingers whilst compulsively licking its lips making smacking sounds.
This filthy little theif has one thing on its mind, and that's wealth.
Somehow you don't think it wants to work for it.
He is a goblin approximately 3'7" tall.
