NPC: The hungry shadow
Long Desc: The voracious silhouette of a mouth giddily awaits souls.

The hungry shadow is worse than the most savage cannibal.  It eats one's
totality: one's soul, being and physical form.  Though it hails from the
Mental plane, it is capable of extracting far more than that from its
victims.  The priests of Vandyne keep it satiated, but mistakes do happen.
In terms of its appearance, it's almost better not to try.  No one has ever
ascertained whether it's shadowy, gaping maw is an illusion it creates in
the mind of its viewers, or its true form.
He is a shadow approximately 5'5" tall.
