NPC: Thadus Trax
Long Desc: A seedy looking drow slouches at a table, watching you with glazed eyes.

As far as seedy looking characters are concerned, Thadus Trax is one of
the seediest.  To be sure, it is not all his fault, since he was born
looking as he is, but his sneering and constant mumbling don't help his case
much at all.  A pair of small, dark eyes seem to be perpetually shifting
from person to person, as though waiting for some kind of attack or
treachery.  Even his hands seem to be constantly fidgeting, sometimes even
making gestures as though to go for a weapon on his belt.  While not the
best person to associate with, he might have some information if pressed.
He is a drow approximately 4'9" tall.
