NPC: A noble elder
Long Desc: An elderly orc sits here, relaxing to pass time.

Here sits an elder of the village of Glarshak, robed in clothes of fine
material.  He is an advisor to the village chief as well as an old friend,
so he holds an important position among other orcs.  As of now, he rests on
the floor, staring at nothing in particular, just enjoying his day off
without working.  It doesn't look as if he would be happy to be disturbed
unless it is something to his advantage.
He is a orc approximately 6'11" tall.
