NPC: The shadow spectre
Long Desc: The last remains of a long-dead adventurer are cast upon the wall.

No one is sure whether the priests of Vandyne summoned this entity, or
whether it was drawn to the magicks present throughout this shrine.  It is
not corporeal, and barely ethereal.  Indeed, it can be difficult to tell
where its presence ends and the rest of the shrine begins.  Different people
have reported different effects in its presence, from the numinous to the
hallucinogenic to pure terror.  It does nothing, performs no actions.  It
simply exists.
He is a shadow approximately 5'7" tall.
