NPC: The pahoehoe mephit
Long Desc: A small mephit sits crosslegged in the middle of a lava pool, staring at you passively.

Mephits generally have a high tolerance for heat, but this is an especial
case.  An imp-like beast, the pahoehoe mephit sits in a pool of lava,
completely unfazed.  It even plays in the scalding ooze occasionally.  Its
leathery hide looks to be the main source of protection.  It has a small
pair of horns and a large grin.  It enjoys its holy status before the
worshippers of Gath.
He is a imp approximately 3'7" tall.
