NPC: A cheerful barmaid
Long Desc: A sole barmaid rushes about, delivering drinks.

Obviously quite busy, the barmaid keeps tables clean and drink cups full.
She isn't particularly attractive, but she is quite cheerful, almost
annoyingly so.  Still, she brings the drinks...  What more can you ask for?
She is a half-elf approximately 5'2" tall.
