NPC: A rusalki maiden
Long Desc: A rusalki maiden is here, levitating above the water.

The rusalki maiden drowned in this very lake many centuries ago, and is
now cursed to wander here for eternity.  Her curse may only be lifted
through final death.  The rusalki maiden might have been beautiful when she
was alive, you can't tell for now after all the time she spend on the lake
bottom she looks horrible, she has empty holes where her eyes used to be, in
the middle of her face a gabbing hole where her nose used to be, her skin is
very pale and in the final stages of decay.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
