Long Desc: A bloody, snake-like creature is oozing here.

A bloody, snake-like creature is oozing along the ground here.  It is
pale pink in color, with red splotches scattered across its length.  You
wonder for a moment where the head of this snake could be before realizing
that it is not a snake, and is the animated entrails of some beast.  The
entrails are slithering along the ground seemingly in no particular
direction, when as if it senses your presence it turns and starts towards
you.
It is a undead approximately 5'6" tall.
