NPC: A landlocked pirate
Long Desc: A one-eyed man stands here, scowling at you.

This one-eyed pirate looks like quite an unhappy fellow.  Not only does
he only have one eye, he also only has one ear.  This is normal for a
pirate, however.  Thoroughly abnormal, and somewhat disconcerting for a
pirate, however, is the noted absence of any nearby boat.  The Krayos
Mountains is no place for a pirate ship, and hiding out underneath them is
an even worse place.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
