Unlike a great deal of the local pirates, this pirate has both eyes.
With his regular depth perception and visual acuity, he still possess the
physical acumen to fence expertly, in a variety of fighting styles, with
multiple types of weapons.  He is, however, missing his right leg.  While
not completely debilitating, this likely has a sizable effect on his fencing
prowess, and this should be noted when fighting him.
He is a dracon approximately 5'0" tall.
