The local priestess of Ithrilis is an middle-aged mermaid who has resided here
in this niche for a very long time.  A knee-deep pool of water keeps her
hydrated and able to immerse herself in pure thoughts and freshwater when
she is not recruiting supplicants and curious passersby.
She is a mermaid approximately 5'5" tall.
