NPC: A cute little water pixie
Long Desc: A tiny little water pixie floats here.

Appearing from out of nowhere this tiny water pixie has a cute little
smile on her face.  She winks at you as she flits about the dark water
tunnel.  Her long dark hair floats freely around her tiny body, small
translucent wings flutter behind her, moving her about the water.  Her eyes
sparkle in the light, reflecting a cheekiness and happiness that seems lost
in this dark wet tunnel.
She is a pixie approximately 3'7" tall.
