NPC: An elderly sidhe shaman
Long Desc: An old sidhe sits hunched over on a wooden bench, hidden within his robes.

This shaman is a shadowy figure, hidden deep within the folds of his
dark, languorous robe.  His hands are folded between his splayed knees, as
his hunched back provides the off-putting sight of his spine showing through
his skin, through the thick woolen fabric.  However, he likely leads an
ascetic lifestyle, likely eating little and spending copious amounts of time
meditating.  However, that doesn't really explain his presence in this lap
of luxurious laxity.
He is a sidhe approximately 6'1" tall.
