NPC: Captain Slifero Raucousjacket
Long Desc: An angry-looking dracon wearing a peculiar jacket barks orders at his crew.

In command of the fine ship Serpent of Terror is Captain Slifero
Raucousjacket.  Everybody knows that Raucousjacket stole this ship from a
retired sea captain, which was then called Cynosure of Cruelty, but
Raucousjacket later renamed it, deciding that Serpent of Terror was more
befitting of the likes of his crew.  His crew, consisting mostly of dracons,
sails the seas in search of booty, often terrorizing traders along their
trade routes, leaving only one person alive to tell the tale.
He is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
