NPC: An ambassador of the Glyph
Long Desc: A man stands here, most of whose features are obscured by a hooded cloak.

Dressed from head to toe in a chameleon cloak, with a hood that obscures
all facial features apart from two opalescent eyes, this humanoid creatures
surveys the surrounds.  The flesh on its hands has a silvery hue to it and
dark tattoos cover parts of the fingers.  Perhaps this is one of the Glyph,
the ancient enemy of the Ithrix who have come to Alyria and struck a bargain
with the Council of Seven and the Council of the Arcane.
He is a glyph approximately 6'0" tall.
