Long Desc: A statue of a set of scales sits here.

This large statue of a pair of scales appears to be a nod towards the
justness of the courts and rulers of Alyria.  Gleaming in solid gold, the
tall but slender structure stands serenely upon its marble base.  A large
shallow dish of gold hangs off each arm by links of chain, and within each
dish sits weights made of marble, stone, and silver.  The weights look
lovingly crafted, intricate patterns carved into their surfaces.
It is a animated statue approximately 4'5" tall.
