Long Desc: An elegant woman is here, making notes to herself out loud.

This woman is perfectly dressed, her flowing hair is shiny and clean, and
arranged in an odd looking faerie style cut.  You notice that she is talking
to herself, making notes about the goings on in Seelie.  To you however, it
seems to be just plain rambling, you have no idea what she is talking about.
Most likely if you speak to her she will just ignore you, so you had best be
on your way.
She is a sidhe approximately 6'0" tall.
