NPC: A shifter
Long Desc: Darkness envelopes a shifter as he moves about.

This being has specific powers used for trickery and deception.  In its true
form it is almost undistinguishable as a strange darkness seems to surround
it.  It has the ability of taking on the form of another being and quite
often infiltrates adventurer parties or townes by killing one of his victims
and then taking on that form so he can take the others by suprise.
She is a doppelganger approximately 5'6" tall.
