Long Desc: A young goblin dressed as a mighty dragon roams the streets looking for mischief!

This young goblin has been outfitted as a mighty dragon with great wings and
shiny scales.  Roaming around the streets of town looking for treats from
the shopkeepers and residents, this youngster looks ready to be quite a
handful if treats are not available.  Who know what kind of pranks this
young one could get into roaming about town on this special day!
He is a goblin approximately 3'7" tall.
