NPC: A costumed prankster
Long Desc: A swarthy dwarf dressed up as a ballet dancer glances around looking for mischief!

The frilly tutu and ballet slippers seem somewhat out of place on this
swarthy little dwarf.  Clad in pink satin and ribbons, this little prankster
looks innocent untill you catch sight of the wicked gleam deep within its
eyes.  Clearly this creature is looking for some mischief to get into on
this night of tricks and treats.
She is a dwarf approximately 4'7" tall.
