Long Desc: An imp dressed up as a fairy princess is here looking for mischief!

An ugly little imp stands here dressed up as a fairy princess in a flowing
gown of pale green silk with a tall hat perched upon its head.  Fragile
wings formed of glittering wire and sheer netting complete the costume.
Though dressed as an innocent vision of loveliness, the deviltry within the
soul of this creature shines from its eyes as it looks around looking for
some new mischief.
He is a imp approximately 3'5" tall.
