NPC: The shade of a necromancer
Long Desc: The shade of a necromancer silently walks throughout.

In life this necromancer was extremely powerful and had the ability to
summon to him those who are dead.  His power sourced from evil and he used
the spirits of those he called to him for malevolent reasons.  Ironically,
in death he has been condemned to walk as those he once summoned, in pain
and anguish.  Although, as a shade, he no longer has the power to summon and
instill life into those who are dead, he is still extremely powerful.
He is a ghost approximately 5'5" tall.
