NPC: A scaly snake
Long Desc: A snake is here its scaled wings attached to its long body.

This beast represents fear, horror and revulsion to a lot of living things.
Although it does not possess arms or legs, it has been well compensated with
a pair of large, powerful wings.  These wings could have only been bestowed
on this creature by some evil magic.  The purpose of them seems apparent: to
give it the speed and mobility it needs to hunt its prey easily.
It is a winged snake approximately 5'5" tall.
