NPC: A shadow lurker
Long Desc: A lurker is here covered by the shadows.

This being usually lurks in the shadows keeping an eye out for the weak.  It
usually preys on the elderly and the young, attacking them when they are
lost or isolated.  Don't be fooled though, it is not because it is weak or
because it is cowardly that it does this, it is solely because it is in its
character.  When commanded though, it becomes fearsome and will go for
anything it sees.
It is a lurker approximately 5'6" tall.
